Halal butcher wanted in Boise County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Boise County, Idaho. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
