Join our team: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Cambridgeshire, England. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
