Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ellis County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
