Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Edwards County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Edwards County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
