Combi boiler installer wanted in Champaign County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Champaign County, Illinois. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day to day you will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
