Panel welder — City of Bristol

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in City of Bristol, England. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
