Concrete labourer • Appling County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Appling County, Georgia. You will work in a residential housing project. You will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
