Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Day to day you will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker.
