We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
