Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Vermilion County, Illinois. You will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
