Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Duval County, Texas. You will work at a busy body shop. You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Six days a week, one day off.
