Truck driver wanted in Smyth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a truck driver in Smyth County, Virginia. The job is at a logistics warehouse. You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Confident with manual handling and load securing Day-to-day duties: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
