Pot washer wanted in Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Lee County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
