Core maker wanted in Yankwashi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Yankwashi, Jigawa State. You will be based on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects.
