Cnc production machinist wanted in City of Galax

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in City of Galax, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Full-time, day shift.
