Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Niagara County, New York. You will work at a car service centre. The role involves keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
