Urgent requirement: waiter (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Upshur County, West Virginia. Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
