We are recruiting: kitchen steward (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Nevada County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
