Back-of-house cleaner — Clinton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Clinton County, Kentucky. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred.
