The role involves: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines 5+ years on the tools preferred.
