Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
