We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Calhoun County, Texas. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On a typical shift you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
