Join our team: we are hiring a panel beater in Iron County, Michigan. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
