Milling machinist • Eaton County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machinist in Eaton County, Michigan. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
