Line packer • City of Lynchburg, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line packer in City of Lynchburg, Virginia. The job is on the shop floor of a garment factory. What we are looking for: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred Day to day you will carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; operate and feed production machines on the line; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; record output figures and downtime on the production log; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
