Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Lassen County, California. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
