Now hiring: we are hiring a wood machinist in Knox County, Tennessee. You will be based on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On a typical shift you will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
