What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Full-time with occasional weekends.
