Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Mackinac County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
