Horizontal milling machine operator • Lake County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Lake County, Tennessee. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
