Captain waiter wanted in Allendale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Allendale County, South Carolina. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
