The role involves install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Rotating shifts. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
