We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Winkler County, Texas. The job is at an accident repair garage. On the job you will handle: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
