What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
