Vacancy available: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Denali Borough, Alaska. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. On a typical shift you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Current Driver CPC qualification card $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
