Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Rowan County, Kentucky. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
