Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Custer County, Idaho. The job is at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
