We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Monroe County, Mississippi. The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
