Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Desha County, Arkansas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
