Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
