The role involves run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; record output and downtime on the production sheet; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
