Commercial refrigeration engineer • Sampson County, North Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns The role involves: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
