Gas meter installer wanted in White County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas meter installer in White County, Indiana. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. On the job you will handle: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Full-time, day shift.
