Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Grant County, New Mexico. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
