Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
