Scullery hand • Harlan County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Harlan County, Kentucky. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
