Pipe tig welder wanted in Lumpkin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Lumpkin County, Georgia. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. On the job you will handle: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
