Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Schleicher County, Texas. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Your main tasks: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Driving licence for travel between sites Rotating shifts.
