Great opportunity: plastering hand (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plastering hand in Duplin County, North Carolina. You will work at a new-build housing development. Day to day you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
