The role involves: • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals • Deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist Requirements: • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines Rotating shifts.
